Description
Delicious bacon Alfredo pizza is creamy, cheesy, and crispy with rich Alfredo sauce, smoky bacon, melty mozzarella, and a golden pizza crust.
Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Optional: red pepper flakes for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
3. Brush the crust edges lightly with olive oil.
4. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
6. Top with crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and red onion.
7. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the pizza.
8. Transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet.
9. Bake for 10–14 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
11. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use a preheated pizza stone for the crispiest crust.
Cook bacon until crisp before adding it to the pizza.
Add grilled chicken for a heartier version.
Use light Alfredo sauce if you prefer a less rich pizza.
