Alfredo Tortellini Bake is ultra-creamy, cheesy, and the ultimate comfort food casserole. Tender cheese-filled tortellini are coated in rich Alfredo sauce, layered with melty cheese, and baked until bubbly and golden—easy, cozy, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
20 oz cheese tortellini
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins:
Spinach
Broccoli
Sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook tortellini according to package directions until just al dente. Drain.
3. In a large bowl, toss tortellini with Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in cooked chicken and optional add-ins if using.
5. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
• Rotisserie chicken works great here.
• Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
• Leftovers reheat beautifully and stay creamy.
