Description

These crispy air fryer salmon tacos are bursting with bold flavors and textures—perfectly seasoned salmon, crunchy slaw, and warm tortillas. A healthy and easy taco night upgrade that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

**For the Salmon**

1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

**For the Slaw**

2 cups shredded cabbage (green or mix)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

**To Serve**

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Avocado slices (optional)

Hot sauce or crema (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Toss salmon chunks with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Air fry in a single layer for 6–8 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crisp. Shake basket halfway.

4. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.

6. Assemble tacos by layering slaw, salmon, and toppings in each tortilla. Serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed.

For extra crisp, lightly spray salmon with oil before air frying.

Slaw can be made 1–2 hours in advance and chilled.
