This 7-Layer Taco Dip is creamy, bold, and party-ready! Layers of seasoned beans, spiced sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and fresh toppings make this the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with half the taco seasoning until combined.
2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and remaining taco seasoning until smooth.
3. Spread the seasoned bean mixture evenly on the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish.
4. Layer the sour cream mixture over the beans.
5. Spread guacamole over the sour cream layer, followed by salsa.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
7. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
8. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
Notes
Make ahead up to 24 hours — just cover and refrigerate.
Add jalapeños or spicy salsa for extra heat.
For a lighter dip, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
