1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup crushed cookies, candy, or sprinkles for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and layer 6 of them side-by-side in a single layer on a foil- or parchment-lined plate or baking dish.
2. Spread half of the whipped topping over the first layer.
3. Drizzle with half the chocolate syrup.
4. Repeat with another layer of 6 sandwiches, the remaining whipped topping, and the rest of the syrup.
5. Sprinkle with crushed cookies, sprinkles, or candy if using.
6. Freeze for at least 1–2 hours until firm. Slice and serve cold.
